The HealthTrack Document Distribution System (DDS) is fully integrated, delivering patient reports and test results to referring doctors by encrypted messaging gateways (e.g. HealthLink, Medical Objects, Argus, etc), by fax or via physical printed mail. As the letter of the report or result is created, the recipients of the document are selected. Then, when the document is “approved” (finalised), HealthTrack automatically works out how the document should be sent to each recipient and either sends it, or schedules it for manual printing and handling. No matter what time of the day or night, HealthTrack delivers the report without further intervention. While significantly saving on administration effort, more important is the fact that reports and results are delivered to the recipient (e.g. referring doctor) faster, thus improving service levels and patient care.
Virtual Receptionist

A typical use is for patient notes during a consultation. The doctor simply uses the bar-coded patient note sheet/s and when the day is finished, the batch of patient note sheets are scanned and HealthTrack Barcode Manager will electronically separate and file each note to the correct patient and correct location within the patient electronic medical record.
