Manage Duplicate Patients
How many duplicate patients are in your system? More importantly what medical information are your doctors missing out on seeing due to these duplicates? HealthTrack has made tracking and merging your duplicate patients as simple as a click of a button with the introduction of the ‘Patient Merge Manager’. This feature is designed to automatically find duplicates within the system and merging their details. Available to all HealthTrack users, this feature is free and can be found from the Admin drop down box under Merge Patients.

Missing Pathology or Radiology results? Don’t forget HealthTrack’s Incoming Matching screen available to all HealthTrack users. It can be found under the Practice Wide heading. Any results that HealthTrack cannot match to a patient needs to be matched by a user, before they will go through to the doctor for approval.
Currently experiencing high no show rates? Try HealthTrack’s confirmation/reminder SMS system.
Send your patients a confirmation SMS 48hrs prior to their appointment, asking them to reply Y to confirm or call to reschedule. Your reception staff can then review the diary the day before and call any patients who don’t have an allocated mobile phone number or who have failed to reply.
The system also allows you to set up a friendly reminder message to be sent a couple of hours prior to a patient’s appointment time. The rules only need to be set up once and then your messages will automatically be sent via HealthTrack with no further interaction from your staff.
