Customer Support (top)

HealthTrack offers our customers telephone support between the hours of 08:30am and 6:30pm EST. Most issues related to HealthTrack can be resolved via our phone support.

 

With HealthTrack, you can count on dealing with experienced professionals who truly understand clinical and hospital practice management. We also understand how to streamline and secure the management of patient data and how to improve the patient experience in your environment. This ensures that your hospital/practice benefits from the most reliable and up-to date systems available.

 

Online Knowledge Base

HealthTrack provides an online knowledge base to assist our customers to use the HealthTrack system better. Please search this knowledge base before logging a new problem.

 

Online Problem Reporting

HealthTrack provides an online portal for customers to register and track progress of their issues. Please use this system to log problems.

 

Occasionally, we will need to access your systems remotely to diagnose and resolve your problem. In the event that remote access is not available in your environment, we may be required to provide onsite support.

 

 Onsite visits may incur additional charges, including:

  • Travel expenses cost recovery
  • Additional labour costs

Training (top)

HealthTrack provides a free 1 day basic user training course with some advanced functionality, as part of the licensing process. Additionally - online training Videos provide a cost effective way of bringing new staff up to speed.

 

After initial training has been completed, additional training courses can be requested at any stage (e.g. when new staff start, or a new site goes live) - on a time and materials basis. Our customer support team can create custom training programs for your environment ranging  from 'basic' to 'advanced' user training.

Implementation & Project Management (top)

HealthTrack professional services team offers comprehensive implementation services for its products to ensure they are implemented effectively and they meet your expectations. As part of the implementation process, HealthTrack will spend time understanding your requirements and helping you determine how our solution, along with some internal process reengineering can improve your business.
